Music- writing, performing, rehearsing, teaching, studying, listening, etc. I also love reading, learning, traveling, walking, swimming, painting, going to concerts, singing along to my favorite CDs in my car, cooking, having good conversations, visiting friends and family, and meeting new people.
Basically, I'd like to meet any intelligent, independantly thinking, rational people who are passionate about music or other avenues in life.
Joni Mitchell, Jeff Buckley, Edith Piaf, far too many to name right now... I'll get back to this one.
Well, I don't care much about television which is why I don't have cable/the dish/digital/whatever. When I do get the rare chance to sit down and watch television it's usually to catch the news or watch something on PBS. (Hey, I only have 4 channels!)
I am constantly looking for new books to read. (I have a bit of an amazon.com obsession when it comes to books.) Some of my favorite books that I've read in the past few months include: Crime and Punishment, Antigone (I still have to read the other two tragedies in the series), and The Bell Jar. My next book will be Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics. I'll let you know how that one goes..
"I was standing on a noisy corner waiting for the walking green. Across the street he stood and he played real good- on his clarinet, for free..." I suppose you could interpret that one two ways.
