Xtracts of Slang

Comprised of Emcee Sick, JL, Dj Tommee and various other emcees and contributors over the years, Xtracts of Slang has been in a perpetual state of existential questioning... aka: "Am I actually a group? Do I exist?"

Xtracts' "Makin' Love" b/w "How Does It Feel" single had global impact, but the debut album never followed. Instead, multiple compilation and mixtape appearances followed accompanied by countless performances across the US & Canada.

Currently Xtracts' members' Emcee Sick and Dj Tommee are a part of Fat Beats Records signees: Pseudo Slang along with Tone Atlas and Dj Cutler. JL and Sick are still at work trying to find closure to the Freshchest Records material, and are intermittenly working on new material as well. JL has also been producing for some very big names, so keep your eyes peeled on some liner notes!
