Well... let me tell you a little about myself. My name is Amanda. I am pretty great. hehe. I love Jesus past the point of insanity. I speak in song lyrics sometimes. It's involuntary. I have pretty awesome friends that make me laugh constantly. They are all either teenagers or people in their 30's. I have one friend my age and she is my BEST FRIEND. If she was a man, I would marry her, but she's already married. Otherwise, I don't really click with people my age. They spend too much time trying to impress people. I love the smell of Hollister cologne almost as much as I love air to breath. I sing ALOT. I am on the worship team at church. I really want to learn how to play guitar and I can play two songs so far. I am left handed. I have been voted most likely to get out of trouble by smiling. I believe that chivalry is NOT dead. I am pretty geeky. I like looking at gross stuff on people, but I am a nurse so that explains it. I hate it when people use the word ironic the wrong way. I love cooking. I don't love cleaning, but I like things to be clean. I am pretty immature in some ways and very mature in other ways. I do not have any allergies. I have had crushes on: Conan O'Brian, Jack Black, Jim Carrey, Dane Cook, Jude Law, Adam Sandler, Heath Ledger(RIP), and Steve Carrell. I LOVE ACCENTS. So my husband is pretty much gonna have to be from a different country. I have a pretty moving testimony. I will share that with ya if I get to know you. I know how to speak some Spanish. The most important things in my life are my Faith and my Family, the Church. My aspirations are to do missions to places that the name of Jesus has never been heard, to be a singer and song writer and sing for the Lord, to be a nurse-midwife, and to be a Foster Parent and bring children to the Lord . I am currently working as an LPN for a chart auditing corporation, but the passion of my life is Ministry for the Lord. I am a part of New Life Church in Marquette Michigan. If you haven't been there you should go! Its pretty awesome!!!!! But anyways, if you have any questions, just ask!To me, being a Christian means...Loving God with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength, and loving others as I love myself. It says in the Bible that you will know them by their "fruit" and their love. I always know a true Christian by the Fruits of the Spirit: peace, joy, patience, love, kindness, self control.....(i cant quote them all off the top of my head). We are basically supposed to be emulators of Jesus and walk like He did and treat others as He did, with compassion and mercy and LOVE. The greatest commandment is LOVE. that is what a Christian is.My favorite Bible passages are...Romans 8:28-37. I love this because it gives such a great picture of who we are in Christ.
