Some follow the lead...some make it. And according to (himself), his job is to make trails for just about everyone he touches. Born Tyrone Williams in Baltimore, Maryland, The unsuspecting husky DJ began listening to his grandmother's A-track tapes and karaoking them to tapes. While everyone else was already rapping to Tupac and Biggie beats, he was focusing on how to MAKE the music. After moving to suburban Texas in middle school, he began to get into sports and had let go of the dream of becoming a producer/DJ. However, after linking up with current partner J-Mills, (who was already experienced in the musical field) and getting his entire right leg smashed in an unfortunate football accident, he decided to get back into the music. Always a lover of the sampling proucers such as Dilla, Kanye, and the Heatmakers, studying their style and methods of sampling was a must before any tracks were made. Not knowing how to do it, he downloaded the Fruity Loops Studio program and looped (or what he thought of it) sections of samples simultaneously. Not feeling progression, he decided to try and chop and mix up the samples along with sliding the hats and not making the kicks too hard, but smooth to fit the sample. Along with help from J-Mills they officially linked up and marketed themselves under the name Klassick Productions. Now trying to get into the turntabalism part of DJing, DJ Badabing always continues to try and update his style. Also a avid worker for the legalization of marijuana in the U.S., his work expands out beyond music. So with that said, the 2006-2007 year is to be the "breakout" year for Klassick Productions...and to "...support all real emcees and producers".
