A WOMAN who is HONEST, GENUINE, doesn't CHEAT and not out for $$$$$$. My best friend HOBBS who passed away in a tragic car accident. (IN THE AFTER LIFE). Anyone who is real and enjoys the same things I do.

And when I workout, I listen too Club/Trance music. Nothing like a little DJ Tiesto to get you motivated. As you can see, I enjoy all types of music. No Country Thank You. I love sports, espeically watching ESPN. I love CSI, Law and Order, Third Watch and any investigative show. Shows that challenge the mind really intrigue me.
Anyone who is a Manager or Supervisor of people needs to read "How to Become a Great Boss" by Jeffrey J Fox. Phenomenal book. I managed people for 4 years and realized that this book helped me to do my job day in and day out. People want to be treated with respect, dignity and self-worth. In most businesses there is too much emphasis on the Managers and not the employees. Companies employee models are skewed. If you look at a pyramid, the employees are the bottom supporting the business. In most companies, it is upside down. The owner, CEO or President is supporting the business. Employees are the backbone too any business. They are the one's down in the trenches day in and day out making $$$$$$$$$$ for the company. They are the one's that deserve the most praise, recognition and THANKS. "THANK YOU" and "GREAT JOB" go a long way
My hero is my best friend HOBBS who passed away in 1997 in a car accident. He always told me, " Who cares what other people say about you. You know yourself and where you are going in life." "So everyone else can F...Off"
