Welcome to my space! My name is Malik, I'm one of Vegas' Top Fitness Professionals and I'm here to help you. To describe myself in a nutshell, I'd have to say I'm very passionate, humble, honest, respectful and upfront.

I have been personal training and helping my clients reach their goals for the past 8 years. I currently hold four certifications ranging in, fitness, nutrition and martial arts. Throughout my life I’ve always enjoyed sports and physical challenges.

The feeling and approach I have towards fitness can be described as an unconditional love. I don't like fitness, I love it. I was put here on earth to change a lot of lives through fitness and I'm on that path right now.
