About Me

The Goose began as a two man collaboration between Rob Line (piano/vocals) and Jason Rugg (vocals/saxophone). Started in the summer of 2006, Goose is the synthesis of their combined years of musical expertise. Adding to the sound shortly after came Nick Johnson (drums/bass), a friend of Rob's from SUNY Geneseo. Mixing their own background with the path paved by their piano-pop forebears, the members of The Goose aim to give their audience what they would want themselves: great music with great soul.
