Kick up a Ruckus: Jack's Club
Want to rock out with punk bands from Portland,
Guatemalan pool players, and a youthful melange
of Mission and Potrero Hill dwellers? Jack's Club
has all the hallmarks of a clasic dive bar: the
pinball machiines, the mismatched billiard balls,
the christmas lights. It also hosts free live music
shows and karaoke in the best DIY tradition: the
stage is crammed into a tiny, dark passageway,
blocking the toilets. The bars convenient location,
across the street from SF General means you can
drink with carefree abandon, safe in the knowledge
you're mere seconds away from the ER.

*Jack's Trouble Update*
Due to problems with the neighbors and the city, we will be unable to book any live shows for a few months until the owner gets her permit situation straightened out. In the meantime, DJs will be in full effect Friday and Saturday night. Come out and support.
We will also be hosting a series of shows at El Rio over the Summer and into the Fall, so don't be shy about hitting us up for a gig and we'll see what we can do. The first El Rio show is May 12th. Come out and there will be a second one!
