good luck. i'm not a snob, i'm just really picky with whom i let get really close. i'm going to try to be more understanding. i think i've just been through so much that i've lost a lot of patience, which is horrible! i'm trying to change my expectations. ............. i admire people that can keep conversations going, but aren't afraid of silence. an annoyance of mine is when people tell me that i'm "so quite!" like i haven't noticed. take a little extra time if you want to get to know me. i have to know that you're interested or i'm not going to bother opening up. i guess it's my sly way of weeding thru all the different types of people.

ISHMAEL, KANE AND ABEL, THE GIVER, TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD, VEGAN: THE NEW ETHICS OF EATING, MY ISHMAEL, SONGS OF THE GORILLA NATION, THE HIP CHICK'S GUIDE TO MACROBIOTICS, HOW IT ALL VEGAN (awesome cookbook!!!), LA DOLCE VEGAN, and my recommendation: PROVIDENCE by daniel quinn. He is an amazing author. i like all books by him.
