Since 2006 I focussed more and more on my solo carreer, after I had a wonderful time with good bands like PRINCESS VALIUM, TRIO VULGARIS and TIME over the past years. After more than 20 years being on the road I guess to have made my homework of how to survive in this business and support here and then good musician friends in management questions. I am lucky to have had the chance to perform and appear with really outstanding musicians and learn quick about how things should be, just to name my favorite ones: Jeff Scott Soto (Journey/Yngwie Malmsteen), Eric Singer (Kiss/Alice Cooper), Nikki Sudden, Mark St. John (Kiss), Bruce Kulick (Kiss/Union), The House Of Lords, T. Trinpop from Die Toten Hosen, The Lords. Being into music worldwide brings you into a very nice network of great musicians, in this case I am here and then also part of interesting projects, this year I am into recording sessions with the german Tekkno- Core project YENZ that will be released in early 2008. I additionally work constantly on unreleased demo songs of KISS that I record completely new just for fun, this project appears officially under the name THE FORGOTTEN SONS and joins the stage here and then also. Being a really lucky man I am very proud to have had the chance to perform with outstanding musicians in my bands over the years, who have and had fun to drive with me all over the roads of rock'n'roll, and it is a good feeling to see that we always keep an eye on each other, so to name Rumen Iliev, Erik Stout, Marco Wriedt (who jumps a big step higher right now by being the new guitar hero of AXXIS), Anja Assmuth and Stanley Sparrow. I also love to perform with special and unique tribute bands, right now I support the BILLION DOLLAR LADIES (Alice Cooper) and WESTERN & HAGEN (german tribute to a german megastar named Marius Müller Westernhagen), JOHNNY DIEBELS (german traditionals), I have my own KISS tribute band ROCKET RIDE, which grew up out of one of europe's most famous KISS tributes, THE TORPEDO GIRLS. Band Members: Well, this is my "solo" side of the coin, so the only band member over here is me ;-)IF LOOKS COULD KILL unplugged at night close to the tower of DuesseldorfDEAD & GONE unplugged during a walk with my dog (have a look at the left corner after around 12 seconds!)...THE ROCKY ROAD unplugged in the forest, hahaha!!!
Influences: Basically rock music, my heroes are David Coverdale, Paul Stanley, David Lee Roth, but I also love a hell lot the music of Marillion with Fish, Pink Floyd, The Police, Queen... you name it
Sounds Like: TIME: Queen meets Kiss meets Van Halen meets Paco de Lucia meets Led Zeppelin meets the Chili Peppers...My solo material is very much based on KISS alike music, good arranged rock'n'roll, easy going hard rocking music
