As a Balladeer, Stephen Souza will quickly be joining the ranks of Lovers Rocks' top male vocalists. An inspired songwriter, anyone who listens to his songs can relate to them, as they are his words, but your story. With his soulful voice, tantalizing lyrics, charming good looks, and infectious smile, it's hard to believe that this captivating artist is extremely shy.At an early age, his family noticed his creative musical mobility, as he was adept at interpreting popular songs and transforming them into his unique style.Stephen's semi-pro debut began with his High School Band, "Phase II".Now with RTN Music Group/Ruff Stuff Studio productions Stephen Souza has performed at the tri-states most popular nightspots with such "greats" as the late Dennis Brown, Beenie Man, Elephant Man,Sean Paul, Baby Cham, Lady Saw, Gregory Issacs, and Barrington Levy, Shabba Ranks. and the list goes on and on.Stephen's debut album, "If You Were Mine" is an impressive collection of original and classic lover's rock. This CD featured the hit singles "Treat Her Like A lady", "If You Were Mine", "Sweet Baby", Crying Over You" and "Best Of Me" w/ Frankie Paul"Stephen Souza's new CD will feature the hits "Ting A Ling", "Treat Her Like A Lady/Revisited" and "Backtight". Sounds Like:"......Singing is his passion and none other supersedes the love that Stephen Souza has shown for the art, which is also evident in the consistency and the energy he brings while performing any genre of music. His rhythm and style is a breath of 'fresh air' that continues to permeate the music industry....A rising star is Stephen and this CD, "If You Were Mine/Revisited", will attest to my truth........."'Uncle' Carl B Moxie.
