I have found that Reading before and after sleep sharpens ones mind and increasingly over time improves your thought process and mental skills, this has been proven a fact by more than can be named.
Recently I have read. The Milwaukee Murders, Massacre in Milwaukee,Jeffrey Dahmer. Licence to kill, the spy who loved me, STAR TREK IV, Edgar Allen Poe collections, lots of film maker research.
Writers like Rod Sterling, Gene Roddenberry, Chris Carter, and George Lucas are just plain heroes.
