About Me

i have a really good memory. i am fantastic with directions, which makes me an awesome co-pilot. when i see people i know out in public, i am often reduced to a stammering idiot. please excuse this behavior, and chalk it up to my being mildly socially inept. i want a house with lots of big windows. i think kids are amazing. i am an expert time-waster. i wanted to get a degree in it, but chose english, instead. i like to watch jeopardy every night at 7:30. my reality and philosophy on life and living has been completely re-ordered. NOT because of jeopardy. i'm into books. i want to read lots of them when i am finally able to visit iceland. i want to learn more about tibetan buddhism because it is based on compassion, and so am i. i like music, food and stand-up comedy (even if it sucks). i'm pretty interested in outer space and romantic endeavors, and maybe even romantic endeavors in outer space.

I'm a big fan of Trees (particularly big, gnarled, rooty ones), Toffee, Procrastination, Music Making, Learning, Cultural Anthropology, Words and Grammar, My Violin, Speaking Russian, Books, Marxist Theory, Literature of all Kinds, Writing, Playing "Girl" Video Games and Ruling at Them, Trying to Explain Abstract Concepts to Young Children, Eating, Taking Naps, and Almond White Chocolate Mochas
