Hellohello!
Im Nikki, and I play classical and electric guitar. I also enjoy writing and arrange music. I just took my upper-secondary final examination at Heleneholms Gymnasium, where I studied music. I've been contributing in projects and bands that has been pottering with all different kind of music;
Klezmer, powerrock, musicals, bossanova, classical guitarensembles, classical solo pieces, jazz, ska, worldmusic, folk, blues.
Im a part of the noisy/oldskool ska/folkbeat sextet "Baba Ottokar", where I play one of the two guitars and sometimes accordion. In the 15th of march, we released our first sixtrack EP. Its easy 'n groovy! Check out toursdates for the summer!

When I got some time left, I love to play in a jam, or maybe put a small ensemble together for a temporary gig.
The songs you can listen to on my myspace are different projects I join. "Jihad ska" is one of my own composes and I play it live with Baba Ottokar. It's a really bad recording, but a fun perform. "A nahkt in gan eyd" is a traditional klezmer and I play it with a folkquartett as a school project. "Ã¥ka karusell" is just an oldiegoldie from a midisyntherziser project.
Please also check out the festivalproject called "tabberaset!" I conducted with my verygood friend Nathalie. It took place at Stapelbädden the 26th of April, and it was a great and swinging evening, with great bands, exhibitions and dance! (check out www.myspace.com/tabberaset and spread the word!)
Someday I will cycle to Berlin.
