Surfblades has existed since 1987.
I have been building custom surfboards
since 1981. My apprenticeship began in 1978.

Over the years my research and
design has been vast. Now I’ve narrowed down
the best surfboard outline, along with the best rail
and bottom contour.

As for the glassing, my secrets unveil
the best flex cycle for longevity of the structure.
We use FCS (Fin Control Systems) and Clark Foam only.
We also, still glass on fins and use DSD shaped
blanks as well.
