About Me

I'm very serious about not taking life too seriously. It's tough, sometimes - ya know?
Anyway, I'm one of those guys who can't decide what to say when people ask me what I do. I love it all, but it's not like I'm making a real living at it...yet...
But though it may be tough at times to do this as a career, I'd rather run away to Mongolia and join the Plainsmen in the hunt than do some soul-vaporizing, 9 to 5 job in a more "normal" field.
To sum up: I'm a filmmaker, an actor, I climb rock faces and frozen waterfalls as much as I can, I play the piano and guitar, but come from a family of musicians so I will never be good enough, and I wish I had a dog but I can't afford one right now.

Congratulations - you got 10 out of 10 correct! Could You Pass the US Citizenship Test? Anything life has to offer, but if I had to choose it would be theater, music and rock climbing.

Music:

Mostly classical. I got a weird look from somebody on the subway the other day, because I was unshaven, wearing a car-thief cap and dressed in raggedy clothes, and I took off my headphones for a second and she could hear that I was listening to a pianist playing Bach. It must have been quite confusing for her - but it was a great moment...I do love all kinds of music, though. Who doesn't?

Movies:

Too many good ones to mention...

Television:

Not enough good ones to mention. Except for Family Guy, the Simpsons, and most of the shows on Comedy Central.

Books:

Yes, reeding is gud. I lyk too reed veree mutch.

Heroes:

My parents. Really. And George Mallory. David Lynch is pretty damn cool too, not that I really GET his movies. But he seems to have figured it out, ya know?
