Books:

anything by Zane, Eric J. Dickey, Karl Webber, or any other black author who ain't afaid to write a steamy sex scene

Heroes:

My grandparents for being wonderful parents to my folks so they could pass to me their wisdom. Mamma Carrie- She died when I was very young, but I remember her being a very kind hearted christian woman. No one had anything bad to say about Mamma Carrie Mamma Cassie--Being a mom of 5 girls she stressed the importance of being independent. Her infamous quote to us all of our lives was: "Chile, always have your own money!!! If you wanna stick it up a sow's (pig) ass and say "sooey!!" ya can cause its yours!" Daddy Pete--This man should have been named Jack--seriously, just like my dad, I don't think there's anything he can't do mechanically! If he needed and didn't have it-he either made it or made do. I also think that he is the beginning of the CHEAP gene for the Clark family. My Daddy--- He taught me to be independent and be able to do things for my self!!!! Ya need ya oil changed, toilet fixed,or a house built?---I got ya for a nominal fee :) My Mamma---She taught me how to sew, cook and budget my money. She also enstilled in me a nurturing spirit--one of the reasons I love being a Registered Nurse My sis Kim--- The importance of being a strong, inedpendant, and educated woman. She is the poster child for independence My brother Keith-- he gave me my street smarts--some of it, anyway My sister Keva-- The grass is not always greener on the other side!!! To APPRECIATE being single and free.
