Alicia and I are Engaged to be Married!

About Me

I am 22 years old. I grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I graduated from Victory Christian School in 2003 and I am currently a senior at Oral Roberts University, studying business management. I have worked at Wal*Mart in Sand Springs, OK for a little over 4 years now. I am not quite sure what I will be doing once I get my bachelor's degree, but hopefully it will be something I enjoy.Love Myspace Layouts Thanksgiving Myspace Graphics Thanksgiving Myspace Comments Halloween Myspace Graphics Halloween Myspace Comments Cute Myspace Layouts Plain Myspace Layouts Alcohol Myspace Layouts Emo Myspace Layouts Dark Myspace Layouts

My Interests

I watch a lot of movies. I occasionally read -- mostly fiction. I like fishing, canoeing, swimming, and being outdoors when I have time. I love to cook. I do not watch sports on TV, but I will go to a live event once in a while -- college basketball or baseball, and hockey. Theatre is always good, but I would like to go more often. My biggest interest, though, is spending time with my fiancee Alicia Harlan and hanging out with friends.

I'd like to meet:

Steven Spielberg/ Ian Mcshane/ Jim Carrey/ Arnold Schwarzneggar/ Anthony Hopkins/ Bill Murray/ Morgan Freeman/ Al Pacino/ Ian Mckellan/ Micheal Crichton/ Stephen King/ James Gandolfini/ David Lynch/ Robert DeNiro/ Quentin Tarantino/ Adam Sandler/ Tim Burton/ Jason Mewes/ Harrison Ford/ Daniel Day-Lewis/ Tom Hanks/ Steve Buscemi/ Anthony Keatis/ Christopher Walken/ and more...

Music:

I could listen to pretty much anything, except for hillbilly country music. I hate it. Classical music and movie scores are good. Some of my favorite groups are: A Perfect Circle/ Red Hot Chili Peppers/ Creedance Clearwater Revival/ Smashing Pumpkins/ Incubus/ Black Sabbath/ The Beatles/ Garbage/ The Beastie Boys/ Staind/ Radiohead/ Tool/ Green Day/ Nirvana/ Queen/ and more...

Movies:

I cannot stand B-rated films or cheesy action movies. Re-makes (in most cases) are terrible. Movies that are predictable and cliche are boring and not worth my precious time. Here are some movies I do like: Full Metal Jacket/ A Clockwork Orange/ Punch-Drunk Love/ The Elephant Man/ The Exorcist/ Saving Private Ryan/ Schindler's List/ A.I./ Magnolia/ Seven/ 12 Monkeys/ Rain Man/ Serpico/ The Godfather/ Raging Bull/ Taxi Driver/ Goodfellas/ Casino/ Braveheart/ Gladiator/ Ben-Hur/ Jesus of Nazareth/ The Passion/ Alien/ Dr. Strangelove/ Kill Bill/ Pulp Fiction/ Reservoir Dogs/ Signs/ Dumb and Dumber/ Monty Python and the Holy Grail/ An American Werewolf in London/ The Jerk/ Tommy Boy/ Anchorman/ Munich/ The Lord of the Rings/ Star Wars (IV, V, and VI)/ Being John Malkovich/ The Life Aquatic/ Dirty Harry/ Gangs of New York/ The Aviator/ The Longest Day/ Unforgiven/ Westworld/ History of the World: Part I/ High Anxiety/ Young Frankenstein/ Spinal Tap/ Nacho Libre/ Clerks/ The Goonies/ Lawrence of Arabia/ Psycho/ The Birds/ Rear Window/ Lifeboat/ Man on the Moon/ The Matrix/ Donnie Darko/ Apocalypse Now/ The Fifth Element/ Die Hard/ The Village/ Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid/ The Outlaw Josey Wales/ Edward Scissorhands/ Batman/ Batman Returns/ Mars Attacks/ Deer Hunter/ Eyes Wide Shut/ Space Oddyssey: 2001/ The Edge/ High Noon/ King of Comedy/ Stand By Me/ The Shawshank Redemption/ Toy Story/ Aladdin/ The Incredibles/ Ed Wood/ Blow/ Adaptation/ Sling Blade/ Fargo/ Raising Arizona/ Terminator 2/ Predator/ Cast Away/ Forrest Gump/ Toll Stone/ and I could go on and on...

Television:

I am addicted to shows on HBO, like: Deadwood/ The Sopranos/ Curb Your Enthusiasm/ and Band of Brothers. I sometimes watch VH1's I love the 80s, 90s,etc., and Dog the Bounty Hunter. I like SpongeBob Squarepants, but the older cartoons were best: Rocko's Modern Life/ Ren and Stimpy/ Looney Tunes/ Animaniacs/ Spider-Man/ X-Men/ The Tick/ and some others...I watched Salute Your Shorts, Hey Dude!, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Twilight Zone (the classics, not the stupid new ones), X-Files, The Simpsons, Family Guy, Seinfeld, Newsradio, Eureka's Castle, Space Ghost: Coast to Coast, Johnny Bravo, Dexter's Laboratory, among others.

Books:

I have read a few non-fiction books on World War II such as Pegasus Bridge, D-Day, and Band of Brothers (all by Stephen Ambrose). I have read some Stephen King: The Sun Dog/ The Langoliers/ The Library Policeman/ Secret Window, Secret Garden/ Salem's Lot/ The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon/ and Cell. I have read some of Micheal Crichton's fiction: Andromeda Strain/ Congo/ Jurassic Park/ The Lost World/ Sphere/ Airframe/ Prey/ and State of Fear. I have read Tolkien's Hobbit, and The Lord of the Rings. I have read A Tale of Two Cities, Great Expectations, Lord of the Flies, War of the Worlds, The Time Machine, Mario Puzo's The Godfather, and Bram Stoker's Dracula. I have also read Peter Benchley's Jaws, White Shark, The Beast, and The Island. I have read Anne Rice's Interview with the Vampire, The Vampire Lestat, and The Mummy; Jules Verne's Journey to the Centre of the Earth, and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, and Around the World in 80 Days. These are the books that I have read worth remembering.

Heroes:

I could name people -- or groups of people -- in history who made notable accomplishments, but none that I would specifically call personal heroes
