About Me

I put the "Adorable" in Type A. I seem to always be tired and wearing my grumpy pants at least once a week. I think many people really don't have a clue how to treat one another. Also, the older I get, I realize that I don't know anything at all and that family isn't that crazy. My cats are spoiled bitches.

My Interests

painting the town cool shades of blue, watching lots and lots of movies, reading, debating, listening to music, volunteering, formerly smoking pretentious cigarettes (God damn doctors tell me it's bad for me, sigh) and drinking many things of the alcoholic persuasion. Currently obsessed with finding the perfect beer. tomolives and Lore's candy corn.

I'd like to meet:

I want to meet more supportive "non-flakey" people who don't suck the marrow out of life. People who can problem solve and don't just expect others to come rescue them. I love meeting new people, except French Canadians . . . I'm only slightly kidding about that one.

Right now: The Smiths, The Cure, Joni Mitchell, Jesus & Mary Chain, Brit Pop, Johnny Cash, old soul, some hip hop, some techno, really bad pop, ABBA, Nick Drake, Cole Porter etc., etc. God bless my ipod for helping me to like music again.
