JON HUSSEY

Jon has been DJing since 93 beginning with Planet dub. He has also ran & promoted smaller electronic - techno clubs throughout the years around Ireland & has played in places as far a field as Slovakia, Germany, Italy and London. Over the years Jon has also helped set up, teach on and run various DJ techniques courses around the city to pass on his knowledge & love for DJing & Techno which is his Predominant style. Jon has also got to support some of his favourite artists like The Surgeon, Inigo Kennedy, Steve Bicknell, Loktibrada, Rumenige & DJ Boss in recent years which has helped to keep him inspired in the harder realms of Techno. Throughout this time he also played in many Techno clubs that include some of the following: Planet Dub@Columbia Mills, Fusion@13th floor, Genius@Kitchen, Eyecue@Pod, Technocracy@Ormond multi-media centre, Genesis@Parnell Mooney, GDMF@Black Box, Galway, Funktional@Fraziers, Automatik@Temple bar music center, Pre-Amp@Temple bar music center, Atomsoul@Fraziers - Dublin + The Globe - Limerick, Eklectra@Sugar Club, Compression@Belvedere, Undertracks@The Vaults +the Belvedere. Boomerang Techno festival-Bratislava, Duna Club, Clubbing Complex, Sequential - the Tatra Club-Slovakia. Loop Bar Soho, London, Docks Dora@Torino, Italy. These nights been some of the highlights but Boomerang 2001-Bratislava playing with Toky-Rumenige+ Dalo-Loktibrada for pure inspiration and playing with DJ Boss & Rumenige also in Slovakia were fantastic highlights for Jon. Qualifying for the Red Bull Music Academy 99 in Berlin were he spent 2 weeks with many DJs Producers & like minded people are top of his list by far - so far!..........AND THE CLOCK TICKS.......... .
