Hailing from the Midwest Leighs dynamic voice and beautiful presence is going to take the world by storm.
Since the age of 7, Leigh has been gracing audiences with her powerful talent. Starting in her church choir in Toledo, Ohio, Leigh evolved to become a seasoned artist. Her vocal training began at age 12 with Ursula Cauffiel School of Music, which got her prepared for a 9 year commitment to a gospel ensemble entitled Jelise & Company, which traveled all over Ohio.
In high school Leigh became involved with her school choir where she competed throughout Ohio, performed at Carnegie Hall, and attended The University of Toledos honors choir concert.
During the summer months Leigh would travel to music competitions with the NAACP called ACT-SO. This competition was held in various locations each year where Leigh would represent her city against thousands of competitors; she even took herself to the national competition for the Elks pageant.
When it came time for college Leigh knew exactly what she wanted to do. She enrolled at Bowling Green State University where she majored in theater and studied her craft of acting, directing, and performing.
Now that she has graduated Leigh is focusing on her own music. Finding her calling with the genre of R&B and Soul, Leigh is putting her right foot forward and getting prepared to release her own independent album.
for the last three consecutive years Leigh has provided the national anthem for a city wide breast cancer awareness walk. Where no less than 12,000 were at attendance.
