good eyes see the present and the past at the same time

About Me

I am a very old soul and even though I live in modern times, mentally I am 80 years in the past.I am an insane, quiet introvert. I love being with friends and family but I am also a gal who has no problem being entertained with her own thoughts for company. I am a mixture of art deco, vintage and modern all rolled up into one person, though personally I like art deco better... The Flappers had the most fun. Living it up in NYC ( when it's not kicking my ass) and trying to enjoy life to its fullest.I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
Your Brain's Pattern
You have a dreamy mind, full of fancy and fantasy.
You have the ability to stay forever entertained with your thoughts.
People may say you're hard to read, but that's because you're so internally focused.
But when you do share what you're thinking, people are impressed with your imagination. What Pattern Is Your Brain? /div

My Interests

gleaning every detail I can find on Prohibition era gangsters...especially on one in particular. Trekking through unexplored parts of the city and those beyond its borders, learning languages, studying pre-war architecture.

I'd like to meet:

that crazy Bronx boy Dutch Schultz( if you don't know, don't ask) =), my great-great grandparents, Polly Adler, Alice Rhinelander, Josephine Baker, bootleggers, flappers and the ever versatile Ian McDiarmid.Plus people I don't know...strangers are friends you are yet to meet right?
What Your Soul Really Looks Like
You are quite expressive and thoughtful. You see the world in a way that others are blind to.

You are a grounded person, but you also leave room for imagination and dreams. You feet may be on the ground, but you're head is in the clouds.

You believe that people see you for how you are, not how you look. But deep down, you know that's not exactly true.

Your near future is in a very different place (both physically and mentally) from where you are right now.

For you, love is all about caring and comfort. You couldn't fall in love with someone you didn't trust. Inside the Room of Your Soul
