About Me

Miceli (pronounced Mitch-el-E) is a native of New Rochelle, Ny aka Now Rule*. A virgo; born on September 16, 1983. He is of an Italian-American descent. Inspired by New York hip-hop, he started listening to that genre in the late 1980s. Entering the underground rap scene in the fall of 2001, he started writing and recording on low-budget equipment with other local unsigned artists in the 914. In 2004 he and another local rapper by the name of Most Deadly combined to make a group called Dead Heat. On 4/20/04 Dead Heat released an EP entitled "NiteFall" and was a local release in the streets. One track was aired on 93.5 FM, on the Outside The Box Radio Show with Reality & Ty in the tri-state as well. The follow up, "Dark Daze" is scheduled to be released in 2008. Dead Heat has done various open mics and shows at venues around the tri-state area. Producers for them go by Zero9Thr3e from New Jersey, and Reality, Lord Jamars brother of the well known Brand Nubian rap group. In the summer of 2005 Dead Heat has opened up for PSYCHOPATHIC RECORDS own Gathering Of The Juggalos in Ohio. He is also featured on various artists mixtapes and LPs. DEAD HEAT "DARK DAZE" this September. Also Debut solo album "Limit Break, September 16, 2008 on his 25th birthday.*New Rochelle NY, a suburb of NYC, borders Mount Vernon. Origin of Grand Puba and Brand Nubian.
