Shamarla Hunter

An accomplished singer, songwriter and producer, Minister Shamarla Hunter performs regularly at churches, conferences, special events. She presently serves as the Minister of Music within the Midwestern District Council Southern Jurisdictional Churches of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. Shamarla also serves as the Praise and Worship Leader at the House of Deliverance Pentecostal Church in St. Louis, Missouri where Suff. Bishop Jesse Battle is the pastor. She conducts Praise and Worship workshops throughout the metropolitan St. Louis area and travels nationwide transforming lives through the ministry of praise and worship and assisting congregations in transitioning to a worship style to revitalize their Sunday morning worship experience with new sounds and songs. Shamarla is also a noted teacher, speaker, and recording artist. Her first debut album entitled He Is Lord will be released this summer of 2006 under her independent record label, SpringForth Records.
