When asked how long Jaime has been singing, he states, “Since before I could talkâ€. He recalls his father telling him of when he was just an infant; he would be taken over to the piano at church to sing before he was old enough utter words. He would repeat the notes exactly they were played up and down the piano. This was a indication of what was to come once he would be able to speak. Coming from a musical family who seems to breed singers and musicians from birth, he believes that God has blessed him to continue the family tradition.
Jaime is a minister of the gospel of Christ 1st. He is also a writer, singer, songwriter and producer. Jaime endeavors to deliver genuine worship and praise in the music he writes and sings. His roots in the Church of God in Christ has been a firm foundation that has shaped his character. Jaime is a former member of an all male group called Psalms. Psalms consisted of Durrell Babbs (aka Tank), Isreal Bell (aka Izzy), Michael Bell, David Veney, Warren Jones, and Jaime Crawford. During his college years Psalms members began to break away and work on their individual music careers and ministries. .
Now a Howard University graduate, Jaime is thankful to have obtained his Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He has as also been a member and soloist with Integrity's Victor Johnson and Free. Jaime was also a featured soloist on "A Worshipers Heart", which was a live recording by John Hart and Ministry Chorale, of Washington, D.C. .
Star of Bethlehem C.O.G.I.C (Church of God in Christ) has been a major source encouragement and a springboard in his ministry. Jaime has traveled across the country ministering too many. He believes that God is pleased by those that break the monotony of the status quo by giving God fresh praise that is unique to how God gave it to them. He believes that the inginuity of God is present and active in His life to produce what God has designed for Him to create. Jaime has ministered on services and concerts with artists such as: .

He believes that Praise & Worship is not only a genre of music. Praise and Worship is: The Magnification of God from the creation to Creator. The experience of getting into the presence of GOD. It is a conscious decision of getting past our own insufficiencies and concentrating on the sufficiency of GOD.
