About Me
Cat's Eye Blue is an all-acoustic blend of folk, roots rock, and bluegrass originals and covers. Featuring former co-founders and front men of nationally heralded Seconds Flat, Scott Allen and Anthony Tomlinson team up for the first time in almost a decade. Former Berklee School of Music grad Lenny Hill joins in on pedal steel, adding a heapin' helpin' of country and western flavor to the quintet. With over a half century of stage experience between them, the multi-talented Jay 'hurricane' Lichty(mandolin, banjo) and Stan 'the natural' Halbkat(upright bass) add their pickin', pluckin', and croonin' abilities to round out this dynamic five piece.
