With an almost immediate interest in quality sound, the art, culture, and experience of hip-hop naturally made its way into his life. Writing, producing, and engineering music almost came natural to this new EMCEE age 15. He began in the still moving group, COMPANIE. Since COMPANIE, Ahp Qwes joined with long time friend, fellow musician and producer, Rembrandt. They formed the group, POETIC REPUBLIC! POETIC has been in motion for several years and has just recently released thier debut album, THE INDIGENIOUS PHILOSOPHIES OF THE GENTILES. Ahp Qwes is currently working on his solo soul project entitled, THE CHANGE OF HEART, AND REALIZATION OF NEVER ( The C.H.A.R.O.N ).
