Born on the breeze, I am the hurricane from butterfly wings.
Just when you think you have it figured out, the encryption algorithm changes and you are left dumbfounded and confused. Of course, such is always the state of your ill-trained neural network, overwhelmed with dizzying amounts of external information and internal feedback. Your vision of the future is short-sighted; your data set compromised; your logic fuzzy. You live within a haze of reckless love and hate, enraptured of illusory perceptions, devoid of substantive being. But it's ok, you can afford to laugh - and placate yourself with your sensory input of choice.
But I have trouble finding songs that satisfy my need for inspiration. Oh, there are plenty of tunes that are cute or dark, catchy or complex, quiet or loud, but precious few that really make me feel something. And I don't think it's just me. I think people in general just have trouble feeling anything anymore b/c everything that has emotional impact quickly becomes a tool of marketing. My goal is always to make something visceral - I usually fail, but I'd like to think I learn from my mistakes. You can be the judge of that.
