Wesper

I am a musician from Vlaardingen, Netherlands, and I am also known as Spur. Wesper Laguepe is my dj alter ego. I am a devoted supporter of Lille OSC football club. I am working as a buyer at a music wholesale nearby Rotterdam.My musical history goes back to 1995, when I recorded my first soundscape, under the 'Corrosive' project name. More would follow, and I started experimenting with different styles in music, like jungle, triphop and dub. Two cassettes have been released at that time: "Selected Intuition Works" & "Grazest Hits".I recorded my first full-length album in 1999, titled "Drinkfist Refreshing". After two years of further exploring industrial dub, the mighty explosion "Blasthead" (2001) album came to a release. That album has made it to playlists on french radio (Nantes) and it has been sold in Japanese record stores.Now I'm more into electro/techno/minimal and still working with guest vocalists on various tracks. I still have an album to be released "Origin Park Family Tree" and various other minimal techno/electro tracks. I do have made a full length video featuring dutch model Sabine Keulen.Live, I have only played some try-outs experimenting with frippertronics-guitar playing style. I also gave three performances on the Uitmarkt in Hellevoetsluis, and one dj set at a street festival in Rotterdam. Currently I am busy composing music for a complete live set.
