About Me

.. ..
Layout Pimper.com Professonally: I've been a photojournalist for 20 years, and I'm still sizzling with sheer delight that I make a living doing something I love so very much. I'm happiest with a camera in my hand and a great subject in front of my lens. My favorite subjects as of late are dirty dishes, hands, feet, odd details, shoes, parts, pieces, textures, lines, symetrics, wrinkles and old eyes, but I make my living shooting dreadful situations, the remnants of hurricanes, tornadoes, shooting sprees, plane crashes, train wrecks and weddings (which are often synonymous). I also shoot a lot of politicians.See www.photographerone.comPersonally: I'm right brained to my detriment, severely organizationally challenged and suffer the occasional, altho brief, blond moment. I'm also creative, talented, focused, ethical, amusing, spontaneous, educated, unpredictable and usually running a few minutes behind. I also, obviously, have quite the talent for summoning adjectives. The color of blues...

Sammy Sampson, thanks for that lead there. I just might be asking for the rights. After much consideration I have decided to embark on a blues-seeking adventure. Actually, more accurately, a blues-art...

Not for the weak at heart, holocaust notes

The holocaust museum. It was quiet. It was reverent. And it was more than I had bargained for. Observers are griped tightly at the very first exhibit and not let go - probably ever. It's an edge ...
