A web based hardcore punk fanzine with reviews, interviews, articles, tour reports, scene reports and more. Rise and Subvert have been .. for a year now and I really love doing this so expect to see a lot more of Rise and Subvert the next couple of years. I'm trying my best to update the website once a month and so I have managed to do so far.

A new division of Rise and Subvert. This is a fanzines-only-distro. The reason why I started this is to help spreading fanzines that I like. It's as simple as that. People don't seem to read fanzines as much as they used to do and a lot of fanzines are dying out just because no one care to buy fanzines anymore. This is an attempt to change that - to bring life into a dying source of communication and information.
A Network Of Friends #3 omnibus zine out now!
The omnibus zine is here and available for purchase! 100 pages from 10 different zinesters! We contribute with #2 of Dömd and our 12 pages contains interviews with Kvoteringen and Lies Feed the Machine alongside some photos and two columns.
The other zines involved are: Ripping Thrash, Agitate, WHY, Initonit, Gadgie, Attitude Problem, Headwound, Born Caught, and Toilet Paper Bible.
Besides our stuff this massive zine features interviews with Kismet HC, Framtid, Rajoitus, Generacion Perdida, Constant State of Terror, The Mingers, After The Bombs, and Ballast. Plus lots of other writings as well of course.

Downtuned and dark Swedish hardcore with lots of piercing guitar leads, brutal bass lines, whirlwind drumming, and dual fe/male trade-off vocals. And even though this might fall under the category of modern melodic crust it's overall much faster than the average bands playing similar styles. Think Wolfbrigade and To What End? mixed with some From Ashes Rise and Kylesa.
Currently working on a new LP/CD that will be released in the beginning of 2007.
