From 78 to 88 my life not worth talking about it sucked for the most part :( In 88 moved from Marshalltown to Eldora where I found a job. Lived there for about 12 years than moved to Ackley, IA where I had a job as tester & service tech in electronics. I'm still single and still love all the things I liked back in High School. Music from the 70's & been getting into Classical Music, electronics, I'm into scanner listening. Use to do alot of SWLing but none at all now. computers, Am a tech class ham radio op. but don't do much of that at all. like watching movies on dvd I'm a fan of box sets. Also have a very hard time getting enough sleep (guess its from thinking about shit all the time) but do manage to get cat naps. I'm kind of a loner & don't care to much about going places where there are lots of people. But do like people who can make me smile. Would like to visit the Grand Canyon someday somehow. I suffer a great inner turmoil about the way my life has gone so far.I just don't enjoy doing alot of the things I use to love. Seem like I got this whats the point attitude about life.
I LOVE LISTENING TO MUSIC!
The setup I'm using now to do most of my Listening is a Technics SL-PG340 CD Player, Ramsey Stereo Headphone Amp. & Sony Stereo Headphone (Someday will upgrad to Sennheiser or Bose Tri-Port phones) This system gives me grate Audio reproduction without having to spend big bucks! (I'm A Poor Boy).
Employment
Doing the work that BUSH thinks Americans won't do. It's plastic injection molding. And I work on 2nd. Pays not the best. (1980 wages living from paycheck to paycheck) And the workplace ergonomics could use some improvement also. But there are few of good things about this place (just a few).

What they charge for covrage fucken greed!
Medical care in America for its citizens should be based on their ability to pay. In other words it would just be a part of our income tax. What most health care & insurance providers charge for a lot services are way out of line for lower income people.

What I feel is the biggest threat to the USA:
Uncontrolled illegal(and so called legal)-immigration from Mexico to The USA (Its Madness).
Illegal-Mexican's freeloading off the american tax payer & the taking of born american jobs!
American jobs going to Mexico.
The USA needs better control of its boards & who is allowed to immigrate here.
The Christian Coalition, The Republican Party & The New World Order.
Wal-Mart (They are not the friend of the American production worker!)

Marshalltown,IA is not the nice place it was years ago because of a packing plant and its bringing in of people from south of the boarder. High crime rate, gangs & drug usage. It makes me sad what greed has done to my once nice hometown.

I am sorry but after hearing they want to sing the National Anthem in Spanish - enough is enough. Nowhere did they sing it in Italian, Polish, Irish (Celtic), German or any other language because of immigration.
