About Me

Myspace Layouts by Pimp-My-Profile.com

I'm not one of those people that likes to write about themselves. I'm an intensely private person and only a select few know me deeply. On the outside I'm a bit of a hard ass, but the inside is all mushy and a bit dorky. I have odd, slightly OCD habits like collecting soap and making a gazillion lists. I have lists for just about everything. I love it when people think they know me and are then shocked when they find out what I'm really like. I'm very petite and most people think petite and baby faced means innocent and naive. I like that they think that;-) Isn't it said somewhere that it is the quite ones that need to be watched? My house is a magnet for stray animals, always has been. I love chocolate and bearers of, but sometimes I get grouchy when it's all gone. I'm not fond of big gifts or lavish displays of affection or friendship. For me, it's all the little things people do that count. What impresses me the most about people is how they treat the world and react to all those around them all the time, not just when they're trying to impress somebody.

My Interests

Buried at PhotoCasket.comMaybe I'm antipodean, maybe just a little schizoid, on one hand I love animals, children, helping others, anything spiritual, searching for enlightenment---- the other side loves the dark, disturbing, melancholic, morbid, and devious.

I'd like to meet:

Real people with real life stories. Pain, failures, traumas, glories, loves and all; people that aren't afraid to be human. Phoney annoys me.CURRENT MOON moon info

Music:

anything from Beethoven to Pantera. My preferences change with my moods. I love hearing new things and experiencing other people's interests.Faves: Mazzy Star, Miles Davis, Ella Fitzgerald, Sting, Tori Amos, almost any kind of drummy tribal music, celtic music

Movies:

12-31 Recent movies I've seen and actually really enjoyed: Amelie, Memoirs of a Geisha, Cinderella Man, Constant Gardner

Television:

Lost, Grey's Anatomy, anything about ancient civilizations, all that is ghostly, spooky, and unexplained.-- Secret Confession--: Extreme Makeover Home Edition makes me cry.

Books:

I've moved so many times and given up all my books. I'm hoping to start recollecting some of them. First books to recollect, goofy as it sounds, Dr. Seuss. I don't care how old I am, I just love Dr. Seuss. I love all sorts of horror, fantasy, sci-fi, paranormal, meditative, and spiritual. I'm always up for a good conspiracy theory, especially if it is really plausable. Another goal I have, aside from recollecting some books, is to read a bunch of classics over the next couple of years.

Heroes:

Anyone who has experienced tremendous adversity, oppression, and hardships, who rose above it and helped others to overcome their circumstances even if against the societal norm. Ex: Hellen Keller, Sojourner Truth, Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, and all the people everywhere who are commited to helping others less fortunate even without recognition
