The Edison Phonograph was never meant to be a band. Solely consisting of more or less electronic pieces recorded by Ferrau Lynch, they weren't gathered together in one place until he applied to a course in music, and had to work out some way to divide his various styles into manageble portions. And so The Edison phonograph was born.
He never made it into that course alas (on the grounds that he's not a singer songwriter). He has no pets (though he wants a cat), and no job, so to pass the time he records music on his laptop using Acid, Sound Forge and Reason. Occasionally he uses Fruity Loops aswell as a host of childrens toys, cheap keyboards and a tape recorder.
P.S I have nothing to do with Thomas Edison, or the Edison Phonograph as a machine. Or the Edison Estate. In fact, it's just a name I quite liked. It's starting to get old now, please don't add me just for the name.
