About Me

We know you're busy-Give us 45 minutes of your time three to four times per week and change the rest of your life.Private training studios, Customized & Progressive cardio & strength training programs, Customized and individualized nutritional programs, 45 minute workout with a certified personal trainer.We invite you to train with us and experience the difference between being just put through a workout and being progressed through a customized program that will get you to your goals much faster!What you can expect when you come through the door: We ask that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to do a cardio warm up. You receive a bottled water and towel at each appointment. Once you finish your cardio warm up you begin your 45 minute session with your trainer. We begin with a dynamic warm up and flexibility. Next we go through your core and balance training that will also be incorporated into your strength training program. We finish your program with flexibility and lengthening of the muscles we worked. Your workouts are progressive and individualized to your fitness level and needs. You will find that your workouts will be both challenging and fun to do. We provide you with nutritional & cardio programs that will help get you to your goals quickly and safely.
