I am happily married and a proud mother of two children (Tyronique & Tyrone) but before I am any of these things, I am a child of the Most High King and an Ambassador for Christ. My sole purpose for being on myspace is to be a witness for Christ and testify of His goodness. Most people who know me would say that I have no horror story to tell, but we all have one. We were all lost at some point in our lives and needed a savior. To die and not know Christ is worst than any story Hollywood could ever write.I didn't come from a single-parent home. I didn't have to hustle on any block or sell myself to get the things I wanted or needed. I have never been homeless or hungry (to the point of starvation). I've never smoked or taken any drugs. Considering these things, most people would say that I am a relatively good person. However, being a good person won't get me into Heaven. I first had to acknowledge that I was a sinner. (For all have sinned and fallen short of God's glory) Then I had to repent and ask God's forgiveness, accept Jesus into my heart as Lord and Savior and submit my life to Him. This was the easy part! The hard part came when I begin to compare my righteouness & holiness to God's. I realized that there were things that God required of me. He required me to "love my neighbor as myself." He required me to "have no other God's before Him." (This also means your car, your kids, your spouse, your career, etc.) He required me to "forgive others as he has forgiven me." This was the hardest part. You see, I was molested by a close friend of our family's when I was a little girl. (Around 10 years old) I never told my parents until I became an adult. I carried this baggage around with me for years, feeling unworthy and sometimes unloved. It was hard for me to comprehend and grasp the concept that God loved me and called me His own. "Imagine Me!" I have since forgiven the invidual who stole my innocence and hindered my growth as an adult. I have forgiven him because it is required of me. If I don't forgive others of their trespasses then neither will my Father forgive me of mine. I don't tell the world this story so that you can sympathize with me or to invoke anger. I tell you this story because I am a living testimony of God's goodness and grace. I am still here! I'm still here because God has a plan and a purpose for my life. He has assured me, "I know what I am planning for you. I have good plans for you, not plans to hurt you. I will give you hope and a good future." (Jeremiah 29:11) And He his faithful to his word. He has made satan pay back to me 100 fold what he had stolen. I am blessed to have a wonderful husband who loves me unconditionally. I have a beautiful daughter and a handsome son. I have family and friends who love and encourage me to keep "pressing towards the mark which is the high calling in Christ Jesus." It is my sincerest desire that everyone who visits my homepage is doing the same. If you are, God Bless You and I hope to see you in Heaven one day. If you are still holding on to things in your past, I urge you to let it go. Give all the hurt, anger & pain to Jesus. He can do more with it than you can. Let him take that emptiness from you and give you back the peace and joy that Satan stripped away. It is yours to have and to hold!
