I am from Tulsa, Oklahoma. I'm going to college full-time. I enjoy music, writing, partying, reading, and whatever else seems to satisfy the moment. I write for BFR Magazine (http://www.blankfacerecords.com). I have been writing for quite a while and write a variety of things.
Music is truly a part of my life that plays an everyday role. The art of expression and heart that the artists put in their music to share with the world is what I truly appreciate. I am always coming across new artists and end up writing articles on the ones that stand out in the crowd. This is continuously providing a priceless experience that I will forever remember.
I really think people need to take the time to understand Hip-Hop. Those that criticize it saying it's all about violence, downgrading ladies, etc. don't look at it from a different perspective. I have done alot of things and been in situations that allows me to deeply relate to Hip-Hop. For those that haven't when you listen to a song ask yourself why this happens. I promise you will understand it if you take the time to do so.
Remember You Gotta Keep Your Head Up. It's The Only Way.
