About Me

I am the Mother Theresa of my click. I am here for any and everyone ALL the time. I am a married mother of 5; four boys, one girl. I know this site may not be the place to talk about my children, but it is in my nature to at least mention them in everything I do. Well, maybe not everything. There are some things about me that my children should not know about at the moment. Those are more private issues that, if given the chance to get to know me, a person may find some of my leisure activities very interesting. I go clubbin' occasionally, but mainly I play hostess on the weekends for my friends. We usually sit around my house. I cook, we eat, and we have a few drinks. Everyone makes it home safe or they crash in any spot they can find. We drink and enjoy ourselves responsibly. There are many other things I can say about myself, but I will leave those findings for personal conversations.I edited my profile at Freeweblayouts.net , check out these Myspace Layouts!

My Interests

Reading,Listening to music,Dancing,Kickin' it with friends,Having fun with and educating my children.

I'd like to meet:

Usher, Method Man, Busta Rhymes,Eminem, and Jaime Foxx would be great for the SEXUAL encounter. Reverened Run (Run's House is my show!). I feel like I belong in their family. Eryka Badu, Jill Scott, and India.Arie for spiritual enlightenment. Andre 3000; just because he's soooo damn cool.

Music:

I am eclectic. I like R&B, Jazz, Classical, Soft Rock, I even like Celtic(that Riverdancing music). I LOVE Hip-Hop. No, not rap, hip-hop. Mos Def, Jadakiss, Eryka ( yes singers can be hip-hop too), Talib, Ludacris (the list goes on and on.

Movies:

I like all kinds. I watch mainly comedies. My top picks include: Crash, Rush Hour 3, High School Musical, Grease, and The WIZ.

Television:

Run's House is my ultimate favorite show. That is the only thing on television that I absolutely have to see every night it comes on and I watch ALL of the re-runs of the show. But since that is not on right now, I watch shows like Grey's Anatomy, Ugly Betty, Bionic Woman, Life, Journeyman and HEROS of course

Books:

I discovered an author by the name of Robin Cook about four months ago. Since then I have read five of his books and I am half-way through the sixth. This guy is so good that I actually BUY his books instead of checking them out from the library. My husband and I also have a Letters to Penthouse collection.

Heroes:

My mother. She is the strongest person I actually KNOW. There are other people in history that I could call heroes for the things that they have done for not only Black people but humanity in general, however, I choose my mom because she has always and continues to be a driving force in my life. The other driving force, or hero, in my life is my husband. We have been through some trying times as well as great times, but never in our six years together has he ever abandoned me in any situation. We may "swing" every now and then, but we each know the other is not going any where.
