kiss the disease - something is moving together

About Me

Kiss the Disease was initiated in Breitenbrunn, Austria in late 2005, when Tom (guitar) and former Rino Texter drummer Claus met for a musical exchange. Together with Mani (former Silent Cries bass player) they worked on some songs, when in the beginning of 2006 they hired in another guitarist, Spike. Unfortunately, he quit after one month. Werner, who played in Clockwork Little Happiness, took his place in the band.
Kiss the Disease then proceeded to write some new material, which was recorded in vienna in autumn of 2006. This first demo CD, containing 5 songs, was named "Something Is Moving Together" (after a text line in the opener "Escape").
Not being afraid changing their musical direction, they played a few gigs with their guest voice Tamara. When Kiss the Disease took part of the "America Is Waiting" Band Contest (in which they got 2nd place), they played with Glen who helped them out on percussions, but will soon also be playing Guitar on a few tunes.
Kiss the Disease are currently rehearsing for the recording of their second demo CD featuring new tracks as well as live and acoustic versions.
