About Me

Born in 1982 Matthias Kuyper aka Silenus2000 was raised in a small town outside of Zurich Switzerland. First contact with electronic music he made at boarding school in '93. Mostly he listened to Euro Dance and House. 1998 he visited the street parade in Zurich where he heard Detroit Techno and Goa for the first time. In the year of '99 he started buying all kinds of records from House to Techno. 2003 Matthias made a certificate as electronic music producer. Since then he worked in his cellar room on different styles until he found his own minimalistic electro house. Silenus2000 was born. Working regularly as a waiter he plans to make a career in the music business as live performer and producer.
