I'm an angel with a fading halo

(the better to reveal my horns, lol) ;o) and I love all my family and friends (even the ones I never get to see ::pouting::) I love to learn what makes people tick, and if you're not careful I might pick your brain to pieces...hehe

I seek enlightenment through understanding those I encounter, I ask a million questions and listen intently to all the details of someone's universe. If I care about you, I would trade my happiness to help you find yours.

And as depicted, I'm usually up to no good in inappropriate places!

I used to work in a radio station (best fucking job ever) and the biggest perk is exposure to eclectic styles, and of course...free stuff. I'm currently loving Neon Zoo, Damien Rice, Project Pitchfork, Tool, Zeromancer, Brand New, Massive Attack, The Smiths, Postal Service, Roni Size, Anything on the Garden State Soundtrack, Jimmy Eat World, Appalachian Drinking League, Radiohead...hmm trying to think what I listen to at work with my headphones on at full blast to tune out eveything around me....My sister keeps me stocked in Jazz mixes, I do love Ella Fitzgerald and think Charlie Parker's Take Five is quite possibly one of the greatest songs ever.... I like the alternative of my youth, i.e. Pearll Jam, etc. I like GOOD hip-hop & even a little R&B (that's right, I admit it), jungle, drum n' bass, ANYTHING THAT MOVES ME, generally a little bit of everything.

Movies:

I love so many...a sampling: Snatch, Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels, The Thomas Crown Affair, Memento, Mid-80s Brat Pack Fare, Bridget Jones 1&2 (don't look at me funny...I'm a girl! Oh yeah and she's funny in all the little absurd ways most of us are), Finding Nemo (just keep swimming), Garden State, Robin Williams Live on Broadway (technically not a movie, but I can quote it like most guys can quote Animal House) I could go on and on... and my boyfriend has aided in officially upping my dork-factor
