Date of Birth: 28 September 1979 From: Pennsylvania, USA I started my career as a professional skateboarder; I have been skating since the age of nine. I soon became a regular contributor on the hit MTV series 'Jackass' which spawned a feature length movie and a number of lesser imitators. After 'Jackass' I appeared in my own spin-off show 'Viva La Bam' which centred on outrageous stunts at my home (unfortunately for my parents, I still lived with them). My long-suffering dad is often the target for my pranks; it is rare that my dad has had uninterrupted sleep and surprising that he has not had a nervous breakdown (although it is questionable as to why my parents keep agreeing to more shows, maybe the financial rewards have surpassed the need for a sane and peaceful life). Highlight pranks of 'Viva La Bam' include me blowing up my house and bringing an elephant into my garden, as well as regular attacks on my father. With the money I had made from these shows I made his directorial debut entitled 'Haggard; The Movie' based on actual events of my friend Ryan Dunn's cheating girlfriend, I had previously directed a number of skating stunt videos in the series 'CKY' which has been cited as the inspiration for 'Jackass'.
