About Me

Can you possibly sum yourself up in a few sentences? No way, that is what makes us unique. If I have to try though, here goes........I love my life, I love most of all my family and those 4 beautiful children who belong to my siblings but whom I get to spoil and then send home. They are truly the sole purpose for my time on earth (thus far). GO CATS!!!! I like to have a good time, I love to laugh and be happy because let's face it life is too short to be in a bad mood. I love thunderstorms and rain on a lazy Sunday. I love the sound of my nieces laughing and the way they teach me something new everyday. I love crushes and the way you feel when you meet someone that you know is going to be special to you, regardless of the outcome. I don't have regrets, I learn and I never ever take one second of life for granted. I overanalyze everything and I am too stubborn and independent. I can't hardly eat chili without a peanut butter sandwich. I am a total cornball and have a laugh that sometimes sounds like a machine gun (that one you either love or hate...haha), I am a polly positive, very competitive and feel that there is a purpose in this world for everyone if you just pay attention. i like all genres, from coldplay to lionel ritchie, tool to 50 cent and i love to find those rare artists that don't have a record deal but should. the internet is the greatest thing that ever happened to music fans. I get sick of songs easily though, so I have to keep music around me all the time....

Movies:

anchorman, blades of glory, last of the mohicans, dead poets society, scarface, just friends, good will hunting, dodgeball, just married, romeo and juliet, almost famous, best in show

Television:

how i met your mother, scrubs, rules of engagment, the office and admittedly any love reality show that VH1 puts on...talk about editing geniuses.

Books:

My Sister's Keeper, High Fidelity, A Long Way Down, Secret Life of Bees, About a Boy (yes, a Nick Hornby fan), Eat Pray Love which I recommend to all women.

Heroes:

my brother for his courage to remain a soldier in the face of a winless war, my father who left a legacy of integrity, molly for pursuing her dreams no matter what, my mom because she gave and never asked for anything in return and most of all my sister for her undying love and support. she is and always will be my rock and best friend!
