Brilliant night and would go again to this hotel as they done well, so if your visiting Scotland I recommend this wee hotel as it's a short drive from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee. Some of my good good friends. .

The new Sony Bravia Paint commercial was filmed in Toryglen (Glasgow) Over 5 day's i think it was. The Rain put filming off for a few days, the Crew waited for the right colour of sky other than grey LMAO and got it...A Good Crew. Sony also gave everyone one who was disturbed by the making of the edverstisment a 40 inch Plasma Bravia TV and put on fun events for the local children so no money was spared there, it's a pity the same can't be said for the Music Recording side of the Sony Empire.

This is Benny Lynch a guy who grew up in the Gorbals (Florence st) at a time when the Gorbals was one of the most Overcrowded ghettoes in Europe.
Benny Turned Pro in boxing, 1931 when he was just a young lad of 18. Benny went on to become Scottish Champion and soon after went on to become British, European & World Flyweight champion when he took the title from English Fighter Jackie Brown by knocking him to the canvas a total of eight times over two rounds.
Sadly Benny's life was short lived when he Died of Pnuemonia brought on by Malnutrition and Alcoholism at the age of 33.
The little 5'5 Fighter will always be remembered by Gorbalites & Boxing fans Always & Forever.
