I am proud to say I have friends here on my myspace page from Elementary school, to College and I welcome new people with interesting stories and information to share, but please if you want to be added hit me up with a message FIRST. As for the new musicians out here in Myspace trying to get noticed I wish you the best of luck and check out some of MY FRIENDS that i have performed with or just plain vibe to all the time on my friends list.
A little about me, I am a highly opinionated adventurous, expressive, well rounded, diva. I was born in Miami FL to 2 highly intelligent parents that have instilled morals, diversity, and higher learning. I lived in Alexandria VA. for 11 years and grew up with some wonderful carefree friends that shaped my foundation for having compassion and a sense of being PROUD to march to a beat of a different drum. I moved back to Miami for highschool where I attended Miami Northwestern Sr. High Performing and Visual Arts School. There, I studdied the Violin, choir, marching band and fundamentals of music composition and harmony and keyboard. I was awarded the opportunity to perform with an outside group called the South Florida Youth Symphony and we played in Carnigie Hall in NYC. I have participated in honors orchestra and have awards for outstanding student of the year. After highschool went on to attend Norfolk State University where I was a Music Education major. I marched in the Spartan Legion band; clarinet, and saxaphone. I performed with the orchestra and choir there and pledged Tau Beta Sigma National Honorary Band Sorority Spr 97' . I became chapter president in the fall of 97' something i was very proud to have accomplished. I have met SOoo many great people from all accross the U.S. that I will never forget because they were the people that helped me learn about music and life in general .
Thank you for visiting my page and may God bless you in your journeys and travels. As my father always says, "May the wind always be at your back", and "The darkest day is JUST before dawn." retro layout @ HOT FreeLayouts.com
