AF has cutting-edge equipment and the finest amenities in an upscale environment. All of our cardio pieces have their own TV attached, and we are using IPod technology to provide music throughout our facility. No little detail has been overlooked.
Our trainers are the best in LA. They are passionate about what they do, and all are certified by the ACSM, NSCA, or NASM. Most hold degrees in a related field. They are just lucky to get paid to wear sweatpants.

Known for his innovative approach to fitness, John is a leader in the field of exercise and wellness. After receiving both football and academic scholarships to Boston College, John exploded onto the fitness scene. John has taken two of the top fitness programs in the country - The Mount Auburn Club in Watertown, MA, and The Sports Club/LA in West Los Angeles, CA - to record heights. He also created, taught and promoted the BMW Ultimate Performance Workout for Equinox Fitness Clubs.
