...we can each consider ourselves as the only important being on this world - after all after we have gone what is important?, or we can consider ourselves as one of six billion examples of a species which has been around for maybe two hundred thousand years on a lump of rock which is more than four billion years old (that is God actually put us here at 11.59pm plus 30 seconds on the seventh day of his creative spell! - was this a late afterthought??). This rock is just a pale blue dot in our solar system whose sun is one of over 70 sextillion (70,000,000,000,000,000,000,000) stars in the universe which is estimated to be 15 billion years old.
