Pretty much your typical "white boy" music. Pink Floyd, Dave Matthews Band, Tool, Blue October, Stone Temple Pilots
Vanilla Sky, The Rain Maker, Kill Bill volume I, The Boondock Saints, Batman Begins, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, Just about any concert movie
Daily Show, Colbert Report, South Park, Man vs. Wild, The Deadliest Catch, Family Guy. The usual stuff geared toward my demographics.

If you are actually taking time to read, then you should probably go get a job-and quit being unproductive. I will, however, read non-fiction for a class-but the book better serve a purpose-like to educate me.
