My dog puts things into perspective for me. He asks three things of everything he encounters in life: Can I eat it? Can I sleep on it? Or, can I have sex with it? If the answer's no, he's not interested. A dog can show you just how simple life can be and maybe how good when it's kept simple.
Dogs and other animals are big part of my life. It's fortunate that I live on 10 acres so there's plenty of room for them -- my dog, cats,horses and plenty of wildlife from deer to owls.
Here are a few of the basics about me: I'm in advertising, where I write and design ads for small industrial companies. I use to be a sports editior for a small weekly and a reporter for a Florida daily. I like advertising better -- more money and creativity. I went to grad school at the University of Georgia. That's where I got my Master's in Journalism. But if you really want to know me, ask my dog. Maybe not. He's probably not interested.
My colt shown when just days old and as a three-year-old. His name is Viento del Destino which means Wind of Destiny.

My Interests

I enjoy horses. I've two, my beautiful mare who is 2000 reserve champion of the Southwestern USA and a colt, her son. Both are Paso Finos, the breed of the Spanish Conquestadors.

I was in competitive dog obedience. My dog was the top scoring Great Pyrenees in AKC obedience history. I enjoy the beach and snorkeling. I've been to the Carribbean a lot. I've visited England and continental Europe, as well. I lift weights at the gym.

I also like cats and have six: Mittens, Precious, Foley, Daisy, Misty and Cup. Other interests are poetry, photography, art, wildlife, sports and more.

How do you know if you'll like someone till you meet them? If you have a good sense of humor, like horses, dogs or cats, we probably already have something in common.

National Geo., Reality TV shows, CNN,The Simpsons, The History Channel,The Twilight Zone, The Family Guy, Sports Progamming esp. football (Steelers) NBA(Rockets), boxing and martial arts.
