'The Absence Of Color' - OUT NOW!!!!!

About Me

LIVE @ coffee works - "A Welcome Ending" acoustic
Skeeter and Julie (brother and sister) formed a 3 piece acoustic act with their old friend on bass; they honed their skills at coffee house gigs and other venues for a couple of years. After playing their songs in this format they soon realized this was not really cutting it for them. They wanted something bigger, louder something raw and captivating. Adding Pat on drums and Amanda on guitar “The Fourth Avenue” was complete. Soon after, thier bass player went on to pursue other things. After numerous auditions they stumbled upon Brenda...the perfect fit!
The Fourth Avenue has since been making waves in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area. Playing show after show they make this band their lives and it shows when they were noticed as the number 1 most requested band on a local college radio station WDBK. Arthur (guitarist and vocalist) says “We are ready to go, we’ve been working hard to make things happen. This band has what it takes, once we get some good backing things are gonna explode”.
Keep an eye out for their upcoming debut EP titled “The Absence Of Color”. Considering what I’ve heard this album promises to be a must have for 2008.
